On all Saturdays, personality development classes are held. Topics like public speaking, interpersonal relationships, VISA application, and importance of human values are discussed. These classes are inspiring and motivate the students. The biggest asset in life is helping and serving others. That’s what LEO is doing. Every Sunday, the students are encouraged to visit old age homes, orphanages, blind schools, home for mentally retarded and other places.
The greatest pleasure the students get is in spending time with people. As a part of their projects, students spend time with people who are physically and mentally disabled thus making them feel that there's someone who cares for them.
Many seminar and paper presentation competitions are held for students which help in developing their technical knowledge. Based on the performance the students are awarded with 'Active LEO ' and all the students are presented with appropriate certificates. The club Leo enhances the opportunity in increasing the experience for gaining Leadership qualities among the young engineering students.
